About the Building
The Jade Apartments occupy one of the most sublime positions in Queensland's Gold Coast, right on the beach front at Surfers Paradise. Followed up with secondary views of the Gold Coast hinterland and Surfers Paradise, it boasts occupancy from some of Australia's most well respected sports stars and celebrities.

OneVision was engaged to carry out the scheduled maintenance of this building for the painting of all external surfaces including the re-sealing of joints in between the glass balustrade, pressure washing and some concrete repairs. Scheduled maintenance reduces water ingress issues and concrete cancer over the lifespan of a building.
