DETAILS: Waterproofing and Maintenance

OneVision was approached by the Committee at 'Brooklyn' to investigate and rectify a number of issues causing concern.

Our ability to provide skilled technicians who could access the facade without scaffolding to attend to many of the issues made OneVision a cost effective and more time effective contractor.

Works began in July 2012 and are currently an ongoing process.

The majority of these works consisted of stopping water ingress into the building. This included but was not limited to replacing water-proof membrane in planter boxes on the balconies, replacing flashings and sealing windows from water penetration.

Other works included re-pointing brickwork and replacing articulation joints.
