OneVision's Building Maintenance Division focuses our works mainly on external facades of buildings, roofs and structures where maintenance, rectification or upgrades are required. We assist our clients by carrying out internal works when it relates to an issue/s from the roofs or external facades, but internal works are not our main line of work.

Maintenance of any type comes with a variety of labour skills sets, access methods, products, materials, licensing, warranties and guidelines within the fair trading building codes.

When dealing with maintenance issues, it is important that clients ( owners and managers ) understand the problems of their buildings prior to engaging a company to provide their works and to ensure that the best decision is made for each individual scenario.
