The benefit of dealing with a multi service organisation is that we can provide you with a variety of options, solutions & alternatives to any issue, repair, service or maintenance requirement. During the quoting or consultation phase, we work with you to determine the correct scope of works has been provided. Once this is decided we will continue with the quotation providing options for the most appropriate access method, service or trade options available to you. We can also provide you with appropriate alternatives, cost / benefit comparisons & additional information because our aim is to assist our clients to make the best decision for their specific requirements.
 

OneVision Professional Services
Should the correct scope of works not be provided in the quoting phase OneVision may recommend that this be documented by either OneVision Professional Services or your own independent professionals. These professional services can be either by way of Inspections, Reports or Consulting from skilled trade personal and rope technitians, height safety and building consultants, engineers or architects.
 

Comparing Apples with Apples
When receiving quotes you want to ensure that you when you get your quotes/prices that you look at the value proposition for the works. Whilst we are always attracted to the bottom line there are other many factors that will cost you more in the end that some companies do not make clear in their tenders proposals or quotations.
 

Service does not end when the job is finished
OneVision can provide each client from basic to a comprehensive completion report on each project. In addition to this, we add our clients onto routine maintenance schedules to reduce the hassle of you having to organize routine or annual services and assisting you to reduce your liability by remaining compliant with all Australian and NZ Standards, Workcover and OHS requirements.

OneVision conducts ongoing safe working reviews and safety audits throughout all projects to ensure ongoing staff safety and compliance.
